You may learn how to create your own bicycle headlight in this video if you enjoy riding your bike at night or any other time when it’s dark. This do-it-yourself project is for you if you want to ride your bike at night but are unable to do so due to the darkness and danger. You’ll be able to ride your bike securely during the night if you follow the instructions in this video.
Hardware Required
Step 1: Get Your PCB Ready!

- After creating the circuit diagram, I converted it into a PCB design in order to build it. To order my circuit, I choose JLCPCB since they are the best PCB supplier and the cheapest PCB provider. All I have to do using the trustworthy platform are a few easy steps about which we will speak later.
- The PCB is really nicely made, as you can see in the photographs above. I have the same PCB created with all the components we want to use for our main board, and all the labels and logos are present to help me when I’m soldering. If you want to order the same circuit design, you can also obtain the Gerber file for it from the download link below.
Step 2: Place All the Components and Solder It Properly.
- Soldering the parts together.
- Observe the connections in the circuit schematic.
Step 3: Soldering All PCB Components.
- Put every through-hole component in place and solder it to the PCB.
Step 4: Connection of Switches and Battery.
- Create two holes for the Push switches in the circular PVC plate.
- Use super glue to attach the Push switches to the circular PVC plate.
- On the same circular PVC plate, drill a second hole for the charging port.
- Connect every last connector, then solder it as indicated (Refer to circuit diagram).
- Warning: Be Careful about polarity.
Step 5: Enclosing the Body
- Then use super glue to adhere all of the PVC body’s remaining joints.
Step 6: Testing
- Test the homemade bicycle lamp at the end.
- Put it in your bike’s handlebars and you’re done!
- Now that the way in the dark is illuminated, your homemade bicycle lamp is ready.
Hope you enjoyed this project. We superkitz will be back soon with more interesting projects.
